1. Modern locker room & sanitary facilities – introduction

The investment is part of a broader project to modernize the city’s sports infrastructure. The new Euroboisko at Fałata Street in Koszalin is a full-size artificial turf football field with lighting and a stand for spectators. The project, valued at approx. PLN 8.5 million was co-funded under the “Polski Ład” programme, enabling the creation of a modern training and match environment for local youth and senior teams.

The locker room container complex we produced and installed is not only a functional sports facility, but also an important element of the entire investment, providing comfort and full equipment for all users.

2. Locker room & sanitary facilities – room overview

The entire complex consists of nine modules combined into a cohesive, aesthetic structure. Each room was designed to ensure maximum functionality and daily comfort.

We have prepared a short video showing the most interesting features of the new locker room and sanitary complex.

Module 1. Staff room

The first module serves as a staff facility. It includes a table with chairs, locker cabinets, and a private bathroom equipped with a shower, washbasin, WC, and heater.

Module 2. Sanitary area for locker room B

This module contains: two washbasins, a large mirror, an HPL-enclosed WC, two urinals, three showers with floor drains. Additionally: a large-capacity electric boiler and electrical heaters.

Modules 3. 3 and 4. Locker Room B

Two modules form a spacious locker room with 20 HPL lockers, each equipped with shelves, hooks, and an electronic lock.

The space is well-lit, comfortable, and heated with electric radiators.

Module 5. Entrance lobby / corridor

The central communication area provides access to Locker Room A and B.

There is also a technical room with a professional electrical switchboard, which may also serve as a storage area.

Modules 6. 6. and 7. Locker Room A

A mirrored layout of Locker Room B – again, two modules with 20 lockers, seating, and heating. Bright, ergonomic interior with convenient access to its dedicated sanitary area.

Module 8. Sanitary area for locker room A

A mirrored version of Module 2. Includes identical equipment: showers, WC, washbasins, urinals, heater and electric boiler.

The final module features a kitchenette with sink, fridge, cupboards and a large conference table with comfortable swivel chairs – ideal for meetings or briefings.

3. Equipment & technical specification

Our container facilities are designed with public funding and grant requirements in mind. They comply with public utility standards and technical norms required by grant-funding institutions.

Construction and Exterior Finishing

The complex is based on steel modules with a welded frame.
External walls are made of insulated sandwich panels ensuring excellent thermal and acoustic performance.

Aesthetic steel trims give the building a modern look. The colours match the architecture of the sports facility.

Entrance signage “SZATNIA A” and “SZATNIA B” is made of durable 3D letters.

Floor

The rooms feature high-abrasion-resistant flooring. All joints are hot-welded, ensuring a fully sealed surface that is easy to clean. In wet zones (showers, sanitary areas), floor slopes were made toward linear drains, ensuring effective water drainage and safe use.

Doors and windows

High-performance windows and doors were installed. The windows are equipped with air vents that provide proper ventilation, as well as thermally enhanced glazing.

The external doors are glazed, allowing more natural light into the interior and giving the entire complex a modern character. The internal steel doors are solid, durable, and resistant to heavy use typical of sports facilities.

Installations: electrical, plumbing and ventilation

The complex is equipped with a full range of installations, designed with attention to functionality and aesthetics:

– Electrical installation – featuring a professional switchboard, protection systems, and LED lighting throughout the facility. All sockets and switches are surface-mounted, ensuring durability and easy service access.

– Water and sewage installation – complete with fittings and floor drains.
Most of the installation is concealed or enclosed, preventing visible pipes on walls. Access to key service components is ensured in technical zones.

– Heating installation – electric radiators with thermostats provide comfortable conditions on colder days and allow individual room temperature control. High-capacity electric water heaters in sanitary modules ensure convenient shower use.

– Ventilation – gravitational ventilation with air grilles in the rooms, supported by bathroom fans in sanitary areas, effectively removes moisture and improves air circulation. Additional window vents ensure a constant supply of fresh air.

Equipment

The complex has been fully equipped for everyday use by players and staff.

1. Changing Rooms
– 20 HPL lockers with electronic locks (in each changing room),
– integrated benches, shelves, and hooks for equipment and clothing,
– electric heaters with temperature control,
– neutral-color LED lighting,
– durable and easy-to-clean wall and floor surfaces.

2. Sanitary Facilities
– WC cubicles and partitions for showers and urinals made of HPL,
– floor drains and high-quality sanitary fittings,
– large-capacity electric water heaters providing hot water,
– hot-welded flooring ensuring full waterproofing.

3. Staff Rooms
– equipped with functional furniture (kitchenette, table, chairs, cabinets),
– practical kitchenette with a sink and refrigerator,
– private staff bathroom with WC, shower, and washbasin.

4. Technical Room
– additional space for equipment or cleaning supplies,
– easy access to the electrical switchboard and the main control systems of the facility.
